Up to 900,000 people die each year from smoking-related diseases in India. It is feared that the yearly toll could rise to one million people by 2010.

A smoking ban will have no effect on the smoking related illnesses in this country.
No one ever died or got cancer solely from second-hand smoke.
Smoking could be one of many causes of Cancer.
Pollution is the causes of all Cancers in this country
